Communication between Filadelfia and the patient/user

We often get questions about the communication between Filadelfia, our patients and/or the relatives of our patients. We have collected some of the frequently asked questions and answers here:

How do I get the results of my tests/examinations ?

You get results of tests/examinations from your Filadelfia contact doctor. You will get the results via a telephone consultation, at an outpatient appointment or in a letter from the doctor.

How long does it take before I get the results of my tests/examinations ?

The time that it takes before you get results from tests/examinations depends on the type of test/examination that you have had. Some examination results take a long time to define/develop.

We work hard to get you the results as quickly as possible. You are welcome to call us 14 days after your test/examination to hear if we have the results.

Can I get a certified status report ?

The municipality that you live in has to request that your contact doctor fills out a certified status report.

You have to approve that the municipality gets the requested certified status report.

How do I send an email to Filadelfia ?

Filadelfia is a part of the public hospital services and this means that we use electronic mail (digital mail). The first time that you receive digital mail etc. you will also receive a standard letter at home. The letter will tell you that you have received digital mail from Filadelfia, and that you can find it in your e-box (e-boks). Please note that not all mail from public institutions or offices is sent digitally. It is still important that you check your regular mail box at home.
